Recommendations to make flu-ey me feel better!

In the switch from summer to autumn, I have fallen ridiculously ill with the flu. It's all that nasty stuff - cough, headache, blocked nose, exhaustion, etc. I'm not getting out of the house and we're dangerously low on veggies and fruit and goodness to make me feel better. I'm going to send my housemate out on a supermarket mission - my question is what would you recommend to a sick, sick vegan wanting to get some nasty-sick-make-feel-better food? My head is too blocked up to think straight and pick what's good for me at the moment!
Any of your favourite recipes to make you feel better when you've got the flu would be amazing too!

First Time Seitan

I am getting ready to make seitan for the first time. I noticed that most seitan recipes call for chickpea flour. I don't have any of that but I do have tapioca flour. Would that work? What about wheat or white flour?
