These were really tasty, and you could halve the sugar and make them pretty good for a slimming treat (for something containing refined sugar). Only 118 calories per big-ass biscuit with the full quantity of sugar, but you could easily halve it as the coconut and golden syrup make them nice and sweet. Pic and recipe under cut... ( Collapse )
i remember reading a bunch of posts from people asking about substituting soy sauce in a soy-free diet. i made some comments on old posts, but figured a post would be better. (i just discovered this stuff today, but haven't tried it. the fizzy description made me giggle.) have any of you tried it? what is it like?
