Chewy Tofu

Here is my new favourite thing - sorry there's no picture, but I ate it all!

Chewy Tofu

cut a block of extra firm tofu into slices about a 1/2cm thick

in a small bowl, mix equal parts soy sauce and maple syrup, and a dash of sirracha

brush sauce over both sides of each slice, and lay them all down on a damp parchment-paper lined cookie sheet

Bake at 425 for 20 minutes

use the leftover sauce for dipping.
