Super Delicious Vegan No Sugar Added Spicy Chocolate Breakfast Shake!!!!

This has been my breakfast every day for about 2 years. Delicious and healthy - protein, fruit, antioxidants.

Need: A blender


4 ice cubes
1-2 TBSP alkaline free organic baking cocoa [unsweetened]
1 banana
1-2 TBSP peanut butter [optional - keeps you full!]
1 TBSP instant Espresso [optional - this is different than instant coffee, which you could probably use too]
1/2 tsp cinnamon
dash nutmeg
dash cardamom
dash chili power
dash cayenne powder
about 1 cup soy/almond/hemp/hazlenut unsweetened/nonflavored alternative milk of choice

* these are estimates, I don't ever measure
*Often i do half milk & half OJ for a sweeter/less creamy version. vary amounts according to thickness desired.
*sometimes I add strawberries.
*I also like to use more cayenne than most would probably appreciate >_^ [like 1 tsp]
