It's my almost-veg coworker's last day today, and I'd like to bake her some cupcakes as a goodbye present. As we've bonded over our love of peanut butter in the past, I'm going to make the Peanut Butter Cupcakes from Vegan Cupcakes Take Over the World. Trouble is, they ask for 2 teaspoons of ground flaxseed, which I don't have, and the internet is giving me conflicting information about what to replace it with (egg replacer? oil? margarine?) I'm hoping someone here can guide me in the right direction. And if I remember, I'll update with pictures! If they look nice, anyway, which isn't generally my style.
This is a fat free fruited tea loaf, best served sliced and spread with margarine. I really liked it. It's made without yeast so it stays a bit sticky in the middle. You could have it for breakfast, a snack, or a dessert, preferably with a large cuppa!
I was wondering if anyone knew (had experience with) buying Almond milk in bulk? Stores around me don't really have any discounts or deals for buying in bulk and although the price is not totally outragous, I feel like there could be a cheaper way of purchasing it. I'm assuming the best way to buy it would be online, but everywhere I have found (Amazon, etc.) has not really been substantially cheaper. Anyone know where to buy it cheaper in bulk??
