Nanner Bread!

A very easy banana bread recipe adapted from "How It All Vegan". Where I am it is hard to find good bananas that last more than two days, so I had three over-ripe bananas that I didn't want to throw out. I went digging in my cookbooks, and found this little gem.

Very mild differentiation from the original recipe...you can substitute any appropriate oil for canola oil and sweetener for agave, and their recipe called for wheat germ, which I had to use flax seed in place of.
