Anyone an endurance athlete in here??? Just wondering because im rethinking my vegan diet and wondering if I could benefit more from conciously upping my protein. I eat plenty of protein but probably not ENOUGH.
I am a cyclist, and I race, so that calls for lots of carbs and protein. In training, my team(and most other teams) train harder than they will ever need to work in a race. So in training and racing I want to make sure Im getting enough of what I need to get stronger and really beneifit to the fullest from the training.
Anyone have any good ideas or recipes that would be appropriate for my situation? Anyone in a similar boat and want to share with me their sources/recipes,etc.???
