waffles

I am planning on making waffles for my friend, but I am going to take the batter to his house then actually make them there. I am trying to figure out what the best way to do this would be -- I don't want to take every ingredient separately (I did that once for pancakes and it makes for a lot of clean up). I was thinking I could mix up the wet ingredients and the dry ingredients in their own containers and then mix those together when I get to his house.

I am planning on making the Apple Waffles from ppk (here), if that helps answer the question at all.

Any ideas on how I could pull this off?
