turnover berry

last night I was inspired by this orejas post and sad because I did not have enough sugar.  I was determined to make something tasty with my frozen puff pastry so I came up with this!







Thaw one sheet of pepperidge farm brand pastry puff dough for like 30 mins, cut into four squares.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
On one corner add two tbs of raspberry jam and sliced strawberries (any filling would do).
Fold opposite corner over and seal edges with fork. sprinkle sugar on top
I did not have any parchment paper or foil so I flattened out cupcake cups on a cookie sheet and it's a good thing that I did because they rescued the yummy berrilicious goodness that oozed out.
Bake for 20 mins or until golden brown.
