I have a decent sized bag of rice flour, that I've only used in making vegan sütlaç (which takes very little rice flour). I'm curious what else I can do with it. I've read here and there that I need extra binding agent or extra liquid if I'm baking with rice flour, but most of the recipes i've come across just tell one to use more eggs (which is not really an option, is it?) and I'm only an occasional baker, so if anyone has any actual recipes, I'd be grateful.
Also- if I get a totally gluten-free recipe (yay rice flour!), I can surprise yaaren with some of whatever it is!
