More bean dip/spread

I tried some cilantro-jalepeno hummus at the farmers' market last week, and decided to make my own variation... it turned out really great and I've been putting it on tortillas to eat with rice and vegetables or with tortilla chips...

Cilantro Jalepeno Black Bean Hummus:
1 15oz. can black beans, rinsed and drained
1/2 c. cilantro, rinsed and roughly chopped
2 jalepeno peppers, washed and roughly chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 t. peanut oil (or olive oil)
1/2 a lime's juice and the zest
some salt and pepper

Put everything in the blender except the lime and oil. Squirt all the juice from the lime half on top of everything, and add the zest. Start blending. After everything is chopped up fairly well, start streaming in the oil slowly so it emulsifies. Blend until it's as chunky/smooth as you want.
