I know it's a *really* slim chance, but as MSG gives me debilitating migraines, and many cooked proteins break down in processing to end up with MSG as a naturally occurring constituent, I can't eat soy, beans, legumes, etc, and no cooked nuts. But I love scrambler with hash browns, and I miss it! I can eat seitan (so far) as far as cooked proteins go.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
BTW, if anyone is interested in info about the way proteins break down and end up with MSG- see these articles, they're very informative and I'm sure I'm not the only person who gets migraines from cooked proteins due to the MSG, but I bet a lot of people who do don't realize why.
