Pizza with tofu bacon, cheese sauce and broccoli

While everyone else are cooking for thanksgiving I decided to eat pizza! No Thanksgiving celebrations over here. This is probably the best pizza I have ever had!

To start, make 1 batch of your favorite pizza dough (I used the one from Vegan Planet, but with half white/half whole wheat flour). While it's sitting, make the tofu bacon and the cheese sauce:

Ingredients: Tofu Bacon
1/2 block tofu
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke
1 tablespoon(ish) nutritional yeast

Cut the tofu up, fry it in some oil until it's nice and crisp and drizzle soysauce and liquid smoke on top. Stir so that all the tofu is covered. Add the nutritional yeast and cook until the soysauce is soaked up by the tofu.

Ingredients: Cheese sauce (from Bryanna Clark Grogan's 20 minutes to dinner)
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
2 tablespoons corn starch
1 tablespoon flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 cup water

Mix all dry ingredients thoroughly, slowly add the water and stir until it's all disolved. Don't forget the lemon juice! Put it in the microwave for 2 minutes. Take it out and stir. Put it in for another 2 minutes if necessary, usually it isn't. You can of course do it on the stove too, but microwave means less dirty dishes, so I always do it that way.

Roll the dough out, cover it with cheese sauce, put tofu and broccoli on top and let cook for 20-30 minutes on 400 degrees. Enjoy!
