So, I bought some frozen spring rolls from my local Asian market. I LOVE spring rolls, but I seriously need to cut down on the fried food. These are made to be fried in a wok.
Do you think I could maybe.. brush them with oil and bake them? Steam them and then pan-brown them?
I figure I'll experiment with methods like that, but it would be awesome if any of you had any other ideas/tips to try. Thanks!
