Late tonight, I'll be making a batch of Krusteaz Key Lime Bars as a Christmas surprise for my boyfriend, who has been craving something lime. All I have to add to the mix is 1/3 cup of water and 3 eggs. I don't keep eggs in the house and I don't have access to Ener-G Egg Replacer. When baking, I replace eggs with cornstarch. Does anyone know if cornstarch will work well with this mix? I just want to make sure it comes out right.
