2) I have a plentitude of mushrooms and need some ideas to use them up. Do they freeze well? I've made gravy, eaten the raw, and added them to soup....what else?
3) Do raisins have added sugar or is all the sweetness naturally occuring in the raisin? It doesn't list sugar in the ingredients but I'm not sure.
4) Do grits count as a source of whole grain? Or are they so refined that they are in the same category as white bread?
5) I hate the taste of ground flax seed, but I want to eat it daily for the nutrition benefits. Any suggestions?
