In the past couple of weeks I have been juicing regularly. The byproduct is lots of beautiful pulp! I'm curious if anyone has pulp recipes. I tend to have a lot of carrot pulp in particular, so I would really appreciate recipes for muffin, cake, soups, bread, cookies, or anything else that could use this up.
If you juice other fruits or vegetables and use the pulp, I would love to hear those recipes as well.
