Mmmkay...Went to a lovely vegetarian/vegan cafe yesterday, had a kickass black bean and brown rice burrito...and my system was all angry for the rest of the day. I'm not used to eating that large a quantity of beans at once, so maybe my system isn't used to it, but I really want to incorporate black beans in particular to my diet. But the whole gassy for the rest of the day bit is way annoying. What do I do about that? Is there a particular suppliment I can take with the meal, any foods I can eat along with beans to help with gas, etc? Help!
