the sweetness of soymilk...

i make vegan sausage gravy and tonight i made vegan mac-n-cheese...both are made with a good amount of soymilk.

both come out very sweet..which is fine, but it would be better if the sweetness was dulled a little.

any ideas as to how to do this? certain spices maybe...i dont use salt, so forget that. advice..puleeze.
