1/4 block firm, non-silken, tofu
1 1/2 C. Rice milk
1 tsp. Paprika
2 T Canola oil
2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. mustard
1/2 block VeganRella, grated
1 lb box of pasta of your choice
1 package Boca crumbles, or equivalent
Preheat oven to 400F.
Put water on to boil the pasta.
While pasta water is getting ready/pasta is cooking, combine in a bowl the nutritional yeast, tofu, milk, paprika, oil, garlic, soy sauce, and mustard. Use a hand blender, or pour into a blender, and blend well.
Once pasta is cooked and drained, combine pasta, sauce mix, and crumbles. Mix in 1/2 the VeganRella.
Pour into baking dish, top with the rest of the VeganRella. Bake until heated through, and browned on top.
