RE: Mini-pizzas and freezing -Thanks for your help!
They turned out great! I baked them frozen at 450 degrees for 10 minutes with toppings and they were PERFECT. I used the dough from vegan planet and baked them for eight minutes then let them cool before freezing. I'm cross-posting this image to veganfoodpics, too.
