Israeli couscous.





saute mushrooms and a medium eggplant with olive oil.

toss asparagus in some olive oil w/ salt and pepper. roast at 400degF and turn every five minutes until cooked and slightly browned.

saute one small onion and some garlic until browned. add couscous and cook until toasted. add boiling water and spices (I used basil, oregano, sage, coriander, salt and pepper) and cook 8-10 minutes.

assemble. eat.
