Get ready for massive recipes...and quick seaweed stir-fry

I just got my copy of Vegan Planet off of Amazon. I'm on vacation this week and will be cooking for my parents (I'm visiting). I can't wait! Get ready for omnivore-tested, vegan-tested wonderful scrumptous recipes from Vegan Planet with my special flare. I will be making:
Blueberry Flax Pancakes
Cucumber Soup
Thai Style Papaya Salad
Indian Spiced Quinoa (with tofu)

And a quick recipe to share now...
I had some leftover seaweed from seaweed salad so I decided to make a stir-fry with that and those Tofu Shirataki Noodles. I fried about 1/2 a package of thin triangle sliced tofu, and then added the seaweed and whole package of shirataki noodles. I added some artichoke hearts because I had that leftover, as well as some frozen green beans. I added some sesame oil and sesame seeds. Quick, easy, nutritious...
