i am in need of major help..this is about to go to show that pre-vegan, i couldn't have been any farther from a cook. i have a package of vegan chicken cutlets (unbreaded, barely seasoned..i believe they're made by whitewave) and i'm trying to figure out how i would go about making chicken parmesan from them for my boyfriend. (the package is about 16 oz) also..do they need to be breaded? how would i go about doing that? thank you all soo much. i've only seemed to find recipes for eggplant parm..i am really clueless on this.
