Sheese

I just wanna totally put in my vote Sheese.
It doesn't melt though, it gets soft- but the flavor makes up for it. And its normal texture is nice too.

I put some smoked cheddar some some crackers with some veg ham, made a quiche with the Cheshire Sheese, and pizza with medium cheddar. Sometimes it's worth it to shell out the money for something good!

VeganEssentials has it cheap(er), many flavors, and speedy delivery with ice packs (for you hotties out there!)!
