Hi, I'm looking for some advice on the best binding agent(s) to use for making granola. I don't mind if it adds a bit of flavour (eg apple) to the granola, but I want to stay away from anything too sugary (diabetes in family). I'm also looking for something that's fairly easy to use - I'm vegetarian thinking of turning vegan so I'm not used to preparing foods using substitutes for eggs, cheese etc yet.
