I've got a request for you!
My hubby works in landscaping and he often runs off in the morning without breakfast, he is a bit hypoglycemic so this makes me nervous & I want to fill my cookie jar with healthy breakfast granola bars for him to grab & eat on the go.
I have been trying to google a good healthy granola bar recipe, but I am a bit miffed by the huge amount of recipes out there. Do any of you have a tried and true recipe?
It needs to be healthy, not *too* much sugar, although some is fine, and hearty enough to replace breakfast for a big guy (He can eat a few if need be).
