I filled them with Simply Fruit orange marmalade (after poking the center of each with a finger). Then I toppped them with a version of the Rich Chocolate Ganache topping from VCTOTW modified for a 3.5 oz chocolate bar: 3 1/2 tbsp soymilk, boiled, with a bar of Green&Black's Maya Gold chocolate chopped and whisked in with 2 tbsp maple syrup.
They're delicious! The orange flavor and spices in this particular chocolate adds a lot, and I definitely recommend going with a good natural marmalade to avoid that corn syrup aftertaste. The maple syrup made a soft ganache, very drippy in warm weather! Using a bit less syrup would have been a good idea - I forgot.
