They always taste great but the middle of the burgers always seem to be a bit too mushy.
I've tried to cook them at a lower temperature for a longer period of time but that doesn't seem to completely fix the problem.
does anybody have any tricks?
I have added flour or such substances to many previous recipes and it hasn't helped much.
And the recipe I tried last (actually tonight) was made with rolled oats and flour and was a VERY thick mixture, so I wouldn't consider any too runny.
