- 3 tbsp. fresh ginger, minced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 c. sherry
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. maple syrup
- 3 c. broccoli, cut into small pieces
- 1 lb. tofu, drained and cubed
Sauté garlic and ginger in sesame oil. Add sherry, soy sauce, and syrup and stir. Add broccoli and tofu and cook until broccoli is soft. Serve over rice.
