So now fall is coming in Sweden and my backyard is full of yummy riped plums...BUT there are way too many! we have made like 7-8 jars of jam and we have frozen 3 bags of fresh plums for the future. Thing is i am going away for a month and when i come back the plums wont be there anymore...so i need recipes with plums so i can expand my creativity and use the frozen plums soon.
Any ideas? THANKS A LOT!
