I'm assuming some soft tofu would be a main ingredient, as well as zucchini/courgette, parsley, salt & pepper... but I'm guessing it would be best to have something else to bind it. (I don't want to use a commercial "Egg replacer" product, I want to use an actual... food.) What might it be - some cornflour/cornstarch mmixed into a little soymilk?
