Dinner tonight--roasted veggies plus veggie burger



Roasted parsnips tossed with sauteed leeks, parsley, champagne vinegar, and smoked paprika. Roasted brussels sprouts with Karam's garlic sauce and an Amy's California burger with cranberry sauce.
