So does anyone have any recipes that use silk nog? I have a bunch of it. I got some for a Christmas party I had....and forgot I had it! I have never had it before, nor actual egg nog, but this is delicious! Tastes liek vanilla pudding in a cup to me. So We didn't drink it and I have a bunch in the fridge. It says it is good till Feb and I could probably drink it all before then, but I thought I would try cooking with it. I think in a cake or something instead of soy milk it might be yummy, and to make french toast it is probably delicious, but does anyone have any other ideas? (I may make a cake to try it out later, but right now I am all caked out!). Thanks!
