I am a freshman at a state school in Pennsylvania. I was hoping a few people could help me with my college cafeteria selections because I am now representing the vegan/vegetarian population at my school in fighting for vegan options on campus. I need information on meals that are relatively easy to make in bulk and cheap, of course. The new chefs hired for my school are definitely open to learning different things, but I am hoping to make this happen by Fall 2008. Anyway, thank you for the help.
