What you need;
A handful of steamed broc, tofu, carrots, shallots, water chestnuts, etc.
A handful of rice noodles
"A Taste Of Thai" Red curry paste (I used about 3 tablespoons to make it pretty spicy!) mixed with a cup of coconut milk.
Heat up the 1 cup of coconut milk with designated amount of curry paste. While yer doing that, start heating up the steamed vegetables and rice noodles. Add curry mixture to the pan of noodles and veggies.
