Today i bought a roll of polenta for the first time. I recall having seena recipe that used it in The garden of vegan (which i cant find coz at the moment my kitchen is being reno'd). ... but i've never cooked it before i have NO idea what to do with it.
I live for pie, tho.. anything i can do to pie-erize polenta?
I guess my question is, since it's in this sort of roll at the moment, do i slice it? smush it? what do i dooo??
