What else to do with mustard greens?

I've got some sort of obsession going with mustard right now. Sure, I love the collards and the kale and the chard. But the mustardy goodness is calling to me loudly these days. Problem is, I only ever really think of one way to make it--sauteed or steamed, then tossed with a shallot-or-garlic vinaigrette. Which is absolutely delicious, don't get me wrong. But what else can I do with them? I think I'm getting hung up on their ruffliness (I tend to choose flatter kales for that reason) as well as their more distinctive flavor when it comes to mixing them up with other things. Help? The only recipe in the tags is my own...
