I've lived by the southern border all my life (except for a few years away at college), so if there's one thing I think I know, it's what good Mexican food tastes like. Unfortunately, I can't make it myself. To my knowledge, there are no vegan Mexican cookbooks, and the vegetarian cookbooks I've tried were AWFUL.
Can anyone recommend a Mexican cookbook, any cookbook? I don't really care if it's a meat-centric cookbook, as long as it contains helpful information on proper seasoning and other authentic ingredients. I (hope I) am skilled enough to veganize most anything.
