I bought a tin of mock chicken from my local Chinese supermarket the other day, and I'm not really sure what to do with it! From the ingredients list I think it's pretty much seitan with soy sauce and seasoning.
I've never even cooked seitan, let alone this, so I'm at a bit of a loss really!
Anyone used this before, or have any recipes which might work with it? I've checked the tags but I can't really find anything that seems right. Thankyou!
