My Birthday BBQ

Yesteday I hosted a vegan bbq in honor of my 40th birthday. Attendees were all omnis.

Potato Salad which I thought was rockin'

Pasta Salad with cherry tomatoes from my container garden:

Tofu Hot WIngz that did not turn out that great cause I had trouble getting the flour and the bread crumbs to stick. The bbq sauce was what saved the day. I used an organic bottled one that I have used before.

Portabella mushroom caps with pesto or pasta sauce and vegan cheese. The pesto was a hit and thus not pictured.

Last but not least moist chocolate chip cake with raspberry cream cheese frosting:

It was fun but I am glad it's over!
