Adapted from this recipe.
- 1 1/4 c. vital wheat gluten
- 1/4 c. nutritional yeast
- 1/2 tsp. each Old Bay seasoning, ground sage, and dried marjoram
- 1 c. cold vegetable broth
- 1/2 c. silken tofu
- 1 tbsp. olive oil (I think I will try leaving this out next time)
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
