Perfect cinnamon rolls



Seriously, she got these just right. The only tweak I made was forming the dough into a rectangle maybe 16"x12" rather than a 12"x12" square, and then dividing the dough into 12 rolls instead of 8 (I think they're plenty big this way: 3-1/2" across and 1-1/2" thick--just remember to reduce the baking time if you do this). But the dough, filling, and topping combine to make one dangerously gooey and tender cinnamon roll. She even includes instructions for doing everything but the baking ahead of time, so you can have hot, fresh cinnamon rolls for breakfast/brunch.
