New to bread maker, looking to veganize recipes

I recently purchased a Zojirushi Mini Bread maker, and am incredibly excited about this purchase. I have been wanting to try making fresh bread, but I live in the top floor of a very old Boston house that gets incredibly hot in the summer. It's a struggle to keep the apartment a livable temperature, so there are a few months a year where using the stove is simply out of the question.

So I've been reading the instruction / recipe book, and noticed that almost every recipe calls for 'dry milk' and sometimes, eggs. I usually replace eggs with ground flax meal mixed with water, but what could replace the dry milk? Also, will the flax+water mixture work in a bread maker? For reference, here are a few typical recipes. You are supposed to just add the ingredients to the pan in the order listed, and the machine does the rest.

Basic White Bread:
2/3 cup Water
2 cups Bread Flour
1-1/2 tbsp Sugar
1-1/2 tbsp Dry Milk
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Butter
1 tsp Active Dry Yeast

Banana Bread:
1/3 cup Milk
1 Large Egg
2-1/4 cups Bread Flour
2 tbsp All-Purpose Flour
1-1/2 tbsp Sugar
1 tsp Salt
1-1/2 tbsp Butter
1/3 cup Banana, Mashed
1 tsp Active Dry Yeast

Any advice for replacements that will still work in the bread maker would be very much appreciated.
