Peach cobbler recipes?

I have a friend who requested I make a peach pie or cobbler type dessert for a get-together next weekend. Does anyone have a bangin' vegan recipe? Feel free to give me a dough recipe too. I have a bread machine, so it's really easy to make my own dough.

Please make sure you tried the recipe and it's AWESOME. I want to make sure I blow her away with yumminess.. seeing as how she's non-vegan and I take it as a personal failing if I make non-vegans eat not-so-tasty or subpar vegan food!
