It doesn't taste good, so I'm looking for (healthy?) recipes I can HIDE it in. Or if you have a suggestion for making it taste better, I'm willing to try pretty much anything. :)
I looked through the tags and it wasn't that helpful, besides a blueberry muffin recipe.
I don't like yogurt in smoothies, but someone in my family might. I made a parfait with it and it was okay..

My dad and I threw this together using what was in the cabinets/fridge.
20+ oz. of plain soy yogurt (we used Silk)
1 can of diced tomatoes in tomato juice
1 can of vegetarian baked beans
1 chopped tomato
1 can of whole new potatoes
a handful of chopped onions
Mix everything in a pot and throw it on the stove until it's fully cooked.
I would've taken a picture but it looks pretty gross.
It tastes weird because of the combo of sweetness from molasses and spiciness from the curry, but it's really good. Especially mixed with brown basmati rice and with a side of naan.
I used this recipe http://www.recipezaar.com/203261 for the naan except I used 2 cups whole wheat flour and 2 cups flour, and I used soy yogurt (obviously).
Suggestions would still be nice though, to add to the memories and help others. :)
