My mother mentioned to me that it's also a new "health food" and both recipes are a low-fat/carb ratio recipe for my doctor prescribed kidney diet.
Should I just sub unsweetened soy yogurt and see what I'm missing/gaining in calories ect?
The rest of one recipe calls for low fat cheeses and I won't be replacing them so I really want to try to get something for the creamy texture that the Greek Yogurt would provide.
