What is the one cookbook a beginning Vegan should own?

I'm trying to transition into a vegan diet- my main goal is limiting and eventually eliminating dairy products. I want to get a good base of recipes going. I am not that great with cooking, and I prefer things that take 30 minutes or less. I've tried recipes from vegweb.org and one from this great community (the sweet potato quesadillas!). I would love to have a book I can hold in my hands that is filled with good recipes that don't depend on meat and cheese substitutes.

Any ideas? I have put a few on my Amazon Wish List, such as Veganomicon. I'm on a budget and can't buy 5 different books. I just need something to get me started for now.
