Second, I have a question (of course):
I would like to make some Moroccan inspired meatless balls, (think cinnamon, ginger, parsley, cilantro), and I have with me the La Dolce Vegan recipe for tofuballs.
I'm wondering, has anybody made this version of tofu balls? If so, how did they turn out? About how large were the balls? Did you alter the recipe at all?
If not . . . does anyone have any tried and true recipes for meatless balls? I know I could buy some, but I have a bunch cilantro to use up, and I don't know if I could find something actually vegan.
Any and all advice is appreciated!
P.S. I cannot eat chickpea and numerous beans, so recipes that include them are sadly, out.
