I've also been referred to a nutritionist, and I think they'll also have some ideas. But does anyone have any low calorie recipes that don't taste low calorie? Or low calorie snack ideas?
I don't have a food processor or blender, so that limits me a bit. Also being able to make things in large quantities to divvy up for lunches/dinners later in the week would be great.
I have access to a lot of fresh veggies and fruit living in California (I go to a farmer's market every Sunday). And I also have several natural food stores in my area.
